Report a bug
Tell us the app name, app version, your iOS version, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot helps.
Delete your data
Most app data lives only on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For anything we or our service providers hold, email us with the subject “Delete my data” and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

Purchases and refunds
Purchases go through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
