Terms of Service

By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our products.

If you download an app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) also applies. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for our apps or for supporting them.

Use our products only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t misuse them, try to disrupt them, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them to violate anyone’s rights.

You own the photos, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in each app’s privacy page.

Some features may use automated or AI processing. Their results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review results before you rely on them.

If an app offers paid features, Apple processes the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Craft Dept and its licensors own our software, branding and content, except for third-party components under their own licenses.

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Craft Dept is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

You can stop using our products anytime by deleting the app. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using our products after that, you accept the updated terms.
